On 19th June 2025, our school conducted an active orientation session specifically for our new Class IV students.
The session was helmed by the class teachers of all the five sections of Class IV and was coordinated by the academic coordinator of Primary School Mrs Lavanya Latha. The session had focused on the Guidelines for regularity and punctuality , Dress, Etiquettes and Bus Etiquettes by Mrs Sunita Satram which helped the students learn good behavior and help maintain a positive learning environment.
Mrs Himabindhu focused on School facilities, including a Computer Lab, Robotics Lab, Biology Lab, Physics Lab, Chemistry Lab, Home Science Lab, English Language Learning Lab, Math Lab and Library to provide students with hands-on learning experiences, fostering academic excellence and innovation.
Mrs Saritha Kumari highlighted upon Co- Curricular activities like Dance, Art and Craft,Music, Taekwondo, Yoga etc .These activities complement the academic curriculum and provide students with opportunities to develop new skills, interests, and talents.
This year Mrs Vasundhara Devi had given a detail presentation of House System and house points . The house system in schools promotes team spirit, healthy competition, and leadership skills among students, fostering a sense of belonging and unity. Role of Co-Curricular Activities and Sports and Games helped them develop competitive spirit ,teamwork and sportsmanship.
Mrs Swaroopa emphasized on maintaining a clean and hygienic environment within school premises, promoting good habits among students. Also highlighted on the ‘Sugar Boards’ to educate about the risks of excessive sugar consumption.
The orientation program was a huge success, and the students seemed excited and enthusiastic about the new academic year. This session helped them transition smoothly into their new class and set them up for a year of learning and growth.
The Orientation ended with Academic Coordinator Mrs Lavanya Latha who highlighted on the need and importance of maintaining discipline and its positive impact on individual.
