Hindi was declared as National Language of India on September 14 and commemorated as HindiDivas embracing the discovery of Devanagari Lipi. Today, Hindi Language stands second in the worldas widely spoken language at national and international level. To promote the importance of Hindi,Educational Institutions have decided to annually celebrate Hindi Divas across the nation on September 14.
The Ramadevi Public School carried the pride along and celebrated Hindi Divas on September 14.The day began with Lighting of Lamp spreading shine by our esteemed Vice Principal, Mrs. Qamar Sultana, High School Academic Co-ordinator, Mrs. Suneela escorted by Head, Department of Hindi, Mrs. Pushpanjali Devi. The audience witnessed a delight of various musical performances, dance shows, played instruments, recited speeches, Kabir ke Dohe, Poetry; at High School and Middle School Level with add-on vibrance from the student anchors. On the other side of the coin, various competitions like Dictation, Essay Writing, Handwriting and Poem Recitation were organized. The Middle School level saw the exuberance in students adding variety by showcasing Drama and fun with riddles in presence of our Vice Principal Mrs. Qamar Sultana and Middle School Academic Co-ordinator, Mrs. Vijayalakshmi. These events ended with Prize Distribution that has boosted students’ energy. All in all, Hindi Divas brought everyone under one co-ordinal roof celebrating togetherness.
