Teachers’ Day was celebrated on September 5th in our School with pomp and show. The programme was held in the school assembly hall, which was beautifully decorated by the Art Department.

The programme started with “Guruvandana”, a Classical dance by the students of class 8 and 9, which was beautifully performed, followed by several dances, skit, PPT, song and speech by class 10 students, which highlighted the importance of Teachers in the society.

Teachers were also appreciated and felicitated by Union Bank team, who visited our school on this special occasion. The programme ended with the motivational words by our special guests of the day.

Later other wings of the school like middle school and primary school also conducted special assemblies to celebrate the exceptional occasion.

The Student leaders of the school, under the guidance of teachers, helped maintain the discipline in school. They also organized various indoor and outdoor games for teachers. Both students and teachers enjoyed the day with great enthusiasm and zeal. The School also provided refreshments to the teachers to enjoy during the Teachers’ day celebrations.

It was a delightful occasion that strengthened the bond between teachers and students. The celebrations reaffirmed the school’s ethos of mutual respect and reminded everyone of the noble profession of teaching. The event was a big success, thanks to the efforts put in by students and teachers alike.
