"Hindi Language: The Melodic Heartbeat of India's Diverse Cultures."
On the 14th of September, India celebrated Hindi Divas, a day that holds special significance as it marks the declaration
of Hindi as the National Language and the discovery of the Devanagari script. Hindi, today, holds the esteemed position of
being the second most widely spoken language in the world, bridging national and international boundaries. In a collective
effort to underline the importance of Hindi, educational institutions across the nation have chosen to commemorate Hindi Divas
annually.
The Ramadevi Public School proudly embraced this tradition and, on the 14th of September, the school was illuminated with the
warmth of Hindi Divas celebrations. The day commenced with the ceremonial Lighting of the Lamp, graced by our esteemed Vice
Principal, Mrs. Qamar Sultana, High School Academic Co-ordinator, Mrs. Suneela accompanied by the Head of the Hindi Department,
Mrs. Pushpanjali Devi. The audience was treated to a delightful array of musical performances, mesmerizing dance shows, and the
melodious tunes of various musical instruments. Students eloquently recited speeches, presented Kabir ke Dohe, engaged in
poetry and sher shayari, and even recited verses from the Bhagavad Gita, showcasing their linguistic prowess. This celebration
resonated through all levels of the school, from High School to Middle School and Primary School, with the added charm of
talented student anchors.
On the other hand, the day also witnessed exciting competitions, including Handwriting and Poster Making. Middle School and
Primary School students infused an extra dose of enthusiasm by staging dramas and sharing riddles, much to the amusement of
our Vice Principal, Mrs. Qamar Sultana, Middle School Academic Co-ordinator, Mrs. B. Padmaja, and Primary School Academic
Co-ordinator, Mrs. Roopa. The festivities culminated in a heartwarming Prize Distribution ceremony, igniting the students'
spirits with a sense of achievement and pride.
In essence, Hindi Divas brought together our school community under one harmonious roof, celebrating the rich tapestry of our
linguistic heritage and the spirit of togetherness.
