Class Monitor Orientation Programme

Ramadevi Public School organized a Class Monitor Orientation Programme titled “LEAD – Leading with Excellence, Accountability & Discipline” on 6th August 2026 at the Assembly Hall for the newly appointed Class Monitors of Classes VI to X and the Junior Prefects.

The programme commenced with a warm welcome by Mrs. B. Poojitha, Academic Coordinator (High School), who encouraged the monitors to embrace leadership with confidence, responsibility, and integrity.

The main orientation session, conducted by Mrs. K. Himabindu, Class Coordinator – X, focused on the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of a Class Monitor, highlighting qualities such as responsibility, honesty, confidence, respect, communication and self-discipline. The session concluded with the Monitor's Pledge, reaffirming students' commitment to lead by example.

To reinforce the message of leadership through values, two inspiring videos — “The Starfish Story” and “The Pencil's Tale” — were presented by Mrs. P.B. Padmaja, Class Coordinator-IX, leaving a lasting impression on the young leaders.

The orientation proved to be an enriching experience, equipping the newly appointed Class Monitors with the confidence, values, and vision to become responsible leaders and positive role models in their classrooms.
