One Earth-One Voice - "Young Minds, Green Hearts: Celebrating Eco Day with Creativity and Purpose"
No Bag Day – Eco Day Celebration by Classes VI to VIII
As part of the school’s commitment to environmental education and experiential learning, students of Classes VI, VII, and VIII participated in a vibrant and meaningful No Bag Day – Eco Day celebration. The event aimed to foster ecological awareness, creativity, and sustainable practices among middle school learners.
- Class VI engaged in hands-on activities such as leaf printing, eco mandala creation, and healthy snack sharing. These activities encouraged students to connect with nature, explore its patterns, and make conscious food choices using reusable containers and nutritious ingredients.
- Class VII showcased remarkable innovation through eco crafts and upcycled art projects, transforming everyday waste materials into functional and decorative items. Their work reflected a strong understanding of the principles of reuse and sustainability.
- Class VIII delivered a compelling role play performance highlighting key environmental issues such as deforestation, pollution, and climate change. This was followed by a dynamic Eco Warrior Ramp Walk, where students modeled creative costumes made from recycled materials, each representing a unique environmental message.
The celebration was a resounding success, offering students a platform to express their concern for the planet through art, drama, and mindful living. It reinforced the values of environmental stewardship and showcased the creativity and commitment of our young learners.
