LEAP 2026-27 – The Leader Within

With the vision of nurturing confident, responsible, and service-oriented student leaders, Ramadevi Public School organized “The Leader Within – LEAP 2026–27” on 28th July 2026 at the School Assembly Hall, a comprehensive leadership development programme for the newly elected Prefectorial Board Members.

An engaging session titled “The Art of Leading” and “Rise and Inspire” was conducted by the House Masters. Through interactive discussions and activities, students explored decision-making, communication, collaboration, and ethical leadership, and were motivated to lead through perseverance, humility and empathy rather than authority.

An inspirational session, “Unspoken Hurdles,” was led by Mr. Venkata Charan Meka, an alumnus of RPS (2018–19), who shared his personal journey of overcoming challenges, building resilience, and embracing failures as stepping-stones to success.

In her address, Principal Mrs. Qamar Sultana encouraged the student leaders to lead with honesty, discipline, compassion, and accountability, reminding them that true leadership lies in serving others and creating a positive impact within the school community.

“The Leader Within – LEAP 2026–27” proved to be a meaningful initiative that strengthened leadership qualities, fostered teamwork, and inspired the student leaders of Ramadevi Public School to lead with vision, responsibility, and excellence.
