Yellow, the colour of sunshine is hope and stands for freshness, positivity, happiness and joy.

With an objective to recapitulate and reinforce the effects of yellow, Pre-Primary wing celebrated the yellow colour day on 23rd September, 2022 with ecstasy, joy and happiness. This year we had fusion of yellow day with Bathukamma celebrations. To celebrate yellow day and exclusive festival of Telangana, the tiny tots were all dressed in traditional attires in different hues and tints of yellow. Children were not only dressed in yellow but also brought yellow colour things and toys like racing cars, teddy bears, dolls etc which made the learning more active and sportier. The soft boards were beautifully decorated with yellow colour objects, quotes and appealing posters highlighting the essence of yellow colour. The day began with fun filled introduction and discussion of yellow colour.

Students bought beautiful tower shaped Bathukammas. All the students of LKG &UKG gathered in lawn for Bathukamma celebrations. The children danced with full fervour to the songs played by the teachers. Children enjoyed the colouring activity in their Activity book. Cheerful children in yellow outfits were sparkling with optimism, enlightenment and happiness. They spent the day with utmost enjoyment.
