The tiny tots came in Tricolour dresses which created the emotion of patriotism in the young minds. The blooming buds performed various activities with lot of enthusiasm.
They enjoyed walking on the standing/ sleeping lines and had fun in identifying and matching the colours (flash cards) with same coloured balls.
These cutie pies displayed their abilities in matching pictures with the corresponding letters and counting and picking the balls for the given number.
The little angels showed their talent in picking a letter and keeping it in the correct bowl of vowels/ consonants and saying two words beginning with that letter. They enjoyed picking a number and saying just before and just after number.
All the kids loved colouring the national flag who indeed have learnt the importance of tricolor flag and our national symbols in a joyful way. Finally all the children formed INDIA in the lawn in their Tricolour dresses. It was a feast to our eyes that created a festive mood as it was Independence Day, the next day.
The young minds showcased their skills in various activities and competitions. They participated enthusiastically in Show and Tell competition and spoke about National Symbols. Also they have drawn and coloured our National Flag / National Symbols and learnt their significance. They thoroughly enjoyed Tricolour Clay moulding. As a part of skill based learning the students eagerly involved in ‘building words as fast as they can’.
The juveniles excitedly took part in Drawing and Colouring based on the theme ”Lovely country India”. The young chaps learnt about various pulses and as a part of joyful learning, they enjoyed making Tricolor flag using pulses. They have also casted light on National Leaders who sacrificed their lives for our independence. They performed skill based activity on “Getting ready to school” that gave a better insight to the students..
* Post lunch all the girls were educated on Good touch and Bad Touch who learnt to keep themselves safe and secure. The No Bag Day was spent with frolic and fervor and all the children had hands on experience and enjoyed learning by doing and are eagerly waiting for next one.
