As the world observed the 9th International Day of Yoga with live celebrations, Ramadevians too effectively encapsulated the collective aspiration of the theme 'Yoga for VasudhaivaKutumbakam which represents our desire for "One Earth, One Family, One Future. The programme was inaugurated by our esteemed vice principal Mrs.Qamar Sultana and senior school academic coordinator Mrs.MarySuneelaGodi where 42 ncc cadets (JD- 28 & JW- 14) participated zest fully and performed various yogic asanas and pranayamas for a happy and a healthy life. Furthermore, on this auspicious occasion, Mrs.Qamar Sultana, vice principal stated and stressed the universalization of yoga to make this world absolutely peaceful and spiritually elevated. With an aim to reduce stress and pressures of life and to improve memory and attention span.YOGA is being offered as an activity in our school.
